What is the Japan Financial Innovation Award (JFIA)?
Established in 2020, the JFIA aims to foster advanced initiatives in the financial sector using information and communication technology, facilitate best practice sharing within the industry, and promote open innovation across corporate groups and sectors. Under the stewardship of FINOLAB and with support from Dentsu Research Institute, the JFIA assesses 300 to 500 financial innovation cases released in press during the previous year, identifying award-winning companies through a rigorous examination by a panel of financial experts known as FINOVATORS.
