About the Open Positions

Job Title: Personal Machine Pilates Instructor (Contract)

Location:

• - Akihabara Studio: 4th & 7th floor, Village de Croche Building, 66 Kandarenbai-cho, Chiyoda, Tokyo
• - Matsudo-Kitagokigen Studio: 205 Tonehira, Matsudo, Chiba

Job Description:

• - Conduct personalized machine Pilates lessons, designing and guiding tailored programs for each client.
• - Engage with customers, providing information about membership and addressing inquiries.
• - Maintain the studio environment through cleaning and equipment management.

Application Requirements:

• - Essential: Experience in Pilates instruction (machine or mat), possession or anticipated acquisition of qualifications.
• - Preferred: 2+ years of practical machine Pilates experience, multiple qualifications, and availability on weekends.

Working Hours:

Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (50-minute sessions), starting from one day a week.

Compensation:

Payment ranges from 2,000 to 4,000 yen per session, depending on experience and qualifications, along with transportation reimbursement (up to 1,500 yen per day) and membership incentives (no quotas).

Pricing Structure

At Corelmia Pilates, we offer flexible pricing options, including monthly subscriptions and ticket systems:

• - Trial Lessons: Regular price 4,500 yen (currently discounted to 1,000 yen for new LINE registrations!).
• - Monthly Plans:

- 2 sessions/month: 15,000 yen (7,500 yen/session)
- 4 sessions/month: 28,000 yen (7,000 yen/session)
- 8 sessions/month: 52,000 yen (6,500 yen/session)

• - Membership Fee: 20,000 yen (currently discounted 50% for same-day registration!).

Additionally, we offer a 4-session ticket (valid for 3 months) at 34,000 yen and a pay-per-session option at 9,000 yen.
