Texas REALTORS® Honors Cindi Bulla as 2024 REALTOR® of the Year
Cindi Bulla: A Beacon in Texas Real Estate
At the Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting held in early 2025, a significant accolade was awarded to Cindi Bulla from the Amarillo Association of REALTORS®. The title of the 2024 Texas REALTOR® of the Year was conferred upon her for her unwavering dedication and contributions to both the real estate profession and her local community.
Cindi's journey in real estate began in 1996, and since then, she has left an indelible mark on the industry at both the state and national levels. During the announcement of her award, Christy Gessler, the chairman of Texas REALTORS®, emphasized the importance of recognizing individuals like Cindi, who exemplify extraordinary service and commitment to the community. "Cindi’s contributions are countless and her ability to lead is a benefit to REALTORS® across Texas," Gessler said.
Prior to her accomplishments in real estate, Cindi started her career in the mortgage sector and played a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale development projects along the I-20 corridor. Her expertise escalated when she became the CEO of a construction firm based in Amarillo, which paved the way for her to launch her own brokerage, Realty Central Services, along with TYD Mortgage Services in 2006.
Throughout her career, Cindi has held various leadership roles. She served as the Chairman of Texas REALTORS® in 2020 and previously held the same position at the Amarillo Association of REALTORS® in 2012. Furthermore, she contributed to several committees, tackling critical issues like governmental affairs, technology, and budgeting at both local and state levels.
Cindi's achievements in the real estate sector are not just confined to titles; they include notable accolades such as the Amarillo REALTOR® of the Year in 2013, the Women of Leadership Award in 2014, and her induction into the RPAC Hall of Fame in 2015. She has been a celebrated member of the RPAC Presidents Circle since 2013, a testament to her influence and dedication to real estate advocacy.
Reflecting on her career, Cindi remarked, “The REALTOR® profession has transformed my life. I have had the privilege to forge lifelong friendships and assist clients in navigating their homeownership journeys from beginning to end.” Her commitment goes beyond real estate; Cindi is also heavily involved in community service. She has been a member of the Amarillo Planning and Zoning Commission and the Downtown Design Standards of Amarillo. Additionally, she serves as an appointee on the City of Amarillo's Partnership for Development Progress, showcasing her passion for improving her community.
With four decades of volunteer experience with the Amarillo Little Theater and her role as Chairman of the Board for the Plainview Civic Center, Cindi's contributions are vast. Family is paramount for her as well. She is the wife of Chuck Bulla and devoted mother to Cristine White, Angi Williamson, and Jonathon Bulla. Cindi also takes joy in spending time with her five grandchildren, further enriching her life outside of her professional pursuits.
As Texas REALTORS® embraces the future, they eagerly anticipate Cindi Bulla's ongoing leadership and active involvement in the community, confident that she will continue to be an invaluable asset to the industry and her city.
