Enhancements to the 'Linkus' Management System
BEENOS HR Link, a consolidated subsidiary of BEENOS Corporation, has announced significant upgrades to its operational management system, 'Linkus'. This system is designed specifically to assist with tasks related to foreign workers under the specified skills program. The recent updates include modifications to forms, the addition of methods for conducting regular interviews, and several document updates to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory changes.
New Features Overview
Form Updates
With the recent amendments to the specified skills system, the Linkus platform has been updated to reflect changes in required documentation. Notably, the address section of regular notifications regarding foreign workers has been removed, simplifying the information that needs to be provided. In addition, if a worker voluntarily resigns, fewer documents are now required. Linkus has replaced existing forms with the latest versions and made adjustments to the application screens, allowing users to generate documents more accurately and smoothly. The updated forms include:
- - Change of Employment Contract Notification
- - Employment Contract Notification (Appendix)
- - Termination/Conclusion of Employment Contract Notification
- - Changes to Support Plan Notification
- - Support Plan Change Notification (Appendix)
- - Change in Support Consignment Contract Notification
- - Termination/Conclusion of Support Consignment Contract Notification
- - Notification of Difficulty in Acceptance
- - Notification of Difficulty in Acceptance (Appendix)
Regular Interview Management
Previously, regular interviews for foreign workers were typically conducted in person every three months. However, the new revisions allow for remote interviews as an option. Linkus has updated its platform to accommodate this change, providing users with greater flexibility in how they conduct interviews.
Additional Document Updates
In the field of restaurant operations, updates have been added concerning compliance with relevant regulatory laws. The commitment document for accepting foreign workers in the restaurant sector has been modified to align with the new forms. Additionally, changes have also been made to the expression of criminal penalties in various application documents.
Linkus is also preparing for a future update concerning the manufacturing sector. It is now mandatory for organizations to be part of an appropriate council to accept foreign workers. The latest revisions set up a 'Registered Organization' for the manufacturing sector, meaning that future membership will be required from this new entity instead of direct council membership. This new structure is still being established and further details will be provided as the registration process develops.
Future Enhancements and Support
BEENOS HR Link is committed to staying ahead of updates in the specified skills program and will continuously enhance the functionality of 'Linkus' and other associated services. This effort aims to reduce burdens on accepting companies and registered support organizations, enabling them to handle their processes accurately and without distractions. The overarching goal is to contribute to alleviating the labor shortages in Japan.
