He described Shandong as among the most dynamic provinces in China, excelling in manufacturing, agriculture, and logistics, alongside emerging industries. The province’s robust industrial ecosystem and skilled workforce have made it an attractive hub for American businesses looking to establish manufacturing bases or regional centers.
