From November 12 to 16, 2025, the vibrant streets of Harajuku, Tokyo will once again bloom as renowned floral artist Nicolai Bergmann presents his latest exhibition titled KUMIAWASE. This event marks the 25th anniversary of his signature flower box, a creation that has become an integral part of his identity in the floral design industry.

KUMIAWASE, which translates to 'combination', reflects not only Bergmann's signature style but also his journey over the past two and a half decades. With a focus on blending diverse elements of artistic expression, the exhibition will showcase 25 unique flower boxes, each symbolizing different influences and inspirations he has encountered along the way. Each display encapsulates the essence of collaboration, featuring works alongside esteemed artists and designers from both Denmark and Japan, as well as various crafts such as ceramics, porcelain, and bamboo handiwork.

The exhibition venue, Yodobashi J6 building, will be transformed into a fantastical space, integrating natural elements sourced from the illustrious Nicolai Bergmann Hakone Gardens. This tranquil sanctuary, located in Gora, uncover a seamless connection between humanity and nature, setting the stage for a mesmerizing floral experience that juxtaposes nature with urban life.
