City Hunter Art Exhibition: Forever, City Hunter!!

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the largest-ever original art exhibition for City Hunter is being held at the Ueno Royal Museum until December 28, 2025. This exhibition is a deep dive into the world of the iconic series created by Tsukasa Hojo, featuring seven chapters filled with breathtaking illustrations that showcase everything from hardboiled gunfights to comical scenes, as well as the romantic escapades of Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura.

Visitors will be treated to stunning original illustrations that encapsulate the unique charm of City Hunter. Fans can immerse themselves in the nostalgic atmosphere through photogenic spots that make it feel like you've stepped straight into the anime world—such as the famous “message board” and a life-size version of Ryo at the “Cat’s Eye” coffee shop. Moreover, don’t miss an exclusive short film featuring the iconic tune “Get Wild” by TM NETWORK that encapsulates the series’ essence.
