Promoting Regional Innovation: A Job Hub Seminar in Matsuyama, Japan

Pasona JOB HUB's Regional Innovation Seminar

Pasona JOB HUB will host an online seminar on September 25, 2025, aimed at fostering collaboration between local small to medium-sized enterprises in Matsuyama and external talents from urban areas. Since 2020, Pasona has been managing the 'Dandan Multi-Job Support Project,' which facilitates connections between local companies and individuals seeking to engage in multiple jobs.

This year marks the launch of the 'Dandan Innovation Lab,' a project designed to promote innovation by connecting Matsuyama businesses with external talents who possess advanced skills and expertise. Our goal is to generate new business opportunities through the introduction of fresh ideas and sophisticated technologies, thus invigorating the regional economy.

This seminar will provide detailed information about this year's initiatives, present the unique aspects of Matsuyama's local culture, and introduce participating local businesses. Participants will also have the chance to engage in a significant discussion about collaborating with local companies.
