Masahiko Kimura: Former university professor of accounting and current representative of Izubound. After moving to Izu City, he established a food business and has since showcased regional products at numerous department store exhibitions. His journey brought him to Kushiro last year where he recognized the value of local ingredients, prompting him to register a branch there.

Kohei Yanagira: A high school teacher and wildlife photographer originally from Shimane Prefecture. Intrigued by a recommendation he received during his travels, he moved to Kushiro and continues to combine his teaching career with his passion for wildlife photography, earning recognition at the renowned Wildlife Photographer of the Year contest.

Kanae Yuasa: A community development officer from Akanko, originally from Hyogo Prefecture. Her immersive experience at Lake Akan led to her relocation to explore the natural beauty of the region, where she now focuses on attracting sports training camps and manages a community of migrant women in Kushiro.
