Dar Global Reports Significant Revenue Growth of 66% in First Half of 2026

Dar Global, the prominent international luxury real estate developer listed on the London Stock Exchange, has made headlines with its impressive financial performance, reporting a remarkable 66% rise in revenue for the first half of 2026. This substantial growth has propelled the company to achieve a gross development value (GDV) portfolio totaling an astonishing $23 billion.

In the unaudited preliminary results for the six months ending June 30, 2026, Dar Global revealed that its revenues soared to $258 million, up from $155.4 million during the same period in 2025. This robust performance can be attributed to the company’s diverse project portfolio and sustained demand across its real estate offerings in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Europe, and the United Kingdom.

The gross profit also witnessed a significant spike, increasing by 85% to $87.7 million, thereby enhancing the profit margin to 34% compared to 31% from the previous year. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also experienced a notable rise of 73%, reaching $46.3 million. Furthermore, Dar Global's net profit skyrocketed by 149% to $30.4 million, a significant leap from $12.2 million recorded in the first half of 2025.

This financial surge is bolstered by the recognition of revenues from high-profile projects such as The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin, and Neptune, Interiors by Mouawad, demonstrating the company’s ability to deliver exceptional developments that attract discerning buyers. The company's contracted sales reached an impressive cumulative value of $3.9 billion, encompassing 4,380 units.

Dar Global has maintained a solid financial position, reporting net assets of $613.3 million and total cash reserves amounting to $847.9 million. Out of this, $231.6 million is available cash, supporting a total liquidity of $579.3 million, which positions the company favorably for future growth and operational needs.

In Saudi Arabia, Dar Global made strategic moves by partnering with The Trump Organization earlier this year to introduce Rayana, an exclusive gated community boasting an impressive 2.6 million square meters in Diriyah, featuring luxury mansions and a championship golf course. A contract was subsequently awarded for infrastructure works worth SAR 338 million (approximately $90 million) to the Compass and Bin Omairah Company.

Additionally, the company launched Trump Plaza Jeddah, valued at a gross development price of $383.6 million, alongside the adjacent Padel Living Residences, which has a GDV of $142 million. The projects form part of the Amaya master plan, showcasing the company's ambition to develop landmark real estate in key locations.

In April, Dar Global successfully secured a $250 million syndicated term loan, reinforcing its financial stability for ongoing and future developments. Additionally, in August, after the reporting period, they appointed Gulf Asia Contracting for constructing the base platform of the Trump International Hotel Tower, a towering 80-story structure standing approximately 350 meters tall on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

Ziad El Chaar, the CEO of Dar Global, expressed confidence in the company’s strong performance amidst regional uncertainties, attributing it to the high quality of their international portfolio. He highlighted that demand remains robust among buyers in their markets. Looking ahead, Dar Global aims to continue expanding its GDV in both emerging and established markets while maintaining a disciplined approach to execution and delivery. With a strong balance sheet, disciplined capital management, and a healthy project portfolio, the company is poised to create long-term value for its shareholders.
