DXC Technology Strengthens Its Leadership in AI-Driven Consulting and Engineering Services

DXC Technology Expands AI-Driven Consulting and Engineering Services

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner, made headlines recently with significant leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its Consulting and Engineering Services (CES) division. This move comes as organizations shift from pilot projects to large-scale production initiatives, creating a heightened demand for expert advisory services. Many companies struggle to transform their AI ambitions into tangible business outcomes. In response to this challenge, DXC is enhancing its CES by bringing together proven leaders and fortifying its ecosystem to encourage co-innovation and partner-led growth.

In sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, banking, insurance, public service, and airlines, businesses are increasingly seeking guidance to navigate complex environments comprised of multiple suppliers. The appointed leaders will facilitate the transition from strategy to impactful execution.

Ramnath Venkataraman, president of DXC's CES, noted, "CES is evolving to meet the circumstances, as we witness a rising demand for consultancy-based transformation and increased collaboration across our strategic partner ecosystem. We're assembling leaders with a proven track record in large-scale execution, enhancing our ability to assist clients in embarking on complex transformation programs and generating results that drive growth."

To create an impactful strategy, DXC is boosting its consulting capabilities and partnerships by introducing a new leadership structure focused on accelerating impact in critical areas. Notable among these appointments is Dan Albright, who will lead AdvisoryX, DXC's dedicated consulting and advisory group. Albright is tasked with helping companies turn their AI ambitions into actionable steps. His extensive experience includes over 25 years in consulting leadership, most recently serving as Division President and Global Consulting Director at NTT DATA Services.

Additionally, Srinivas Sai Nidadhavolu has been appointed as the Global Leader of Enterprise Applications, where he will drive go-to-market strategies and strengthen strategic alliances to promote customer-centric growth. With nearly three decades of experience in leading global business transformation programs, Nidadhavolu previously led SAP operations at Wipro.

Further, Stan Clark has taken the helm as Next Generation AI Alliances and Growth Leader. With more than 20 years in creating and expanding business alliance ecosystems from the ground up, he will design DXC's next-generation AI partnerships model, foster co-innovation, joint go-to-market strategies, and drive alliance-generated growth across DXC's strategic AI landscape. In his previous role as President of Ecosystems and Markets at Cosmo Tech, he developed the company's global alliance ecosystem and spearheaded strategic projects with major global system integrators and enterprise clients.

Collectively, these leaders will report directly to Ramnath Venkataraman, amplifying DXC's capacity to drive its AI ecosystem by aligning consulting capabilities with strategic partner resources. This alignment will allow clients to transition more swiftly from strategy to execution, achieving results in a timely manner. The holistic approach will enable DXC to scale replicable partner-led AI capabilities across various industries and support broader, more complex transformation initiatives.
