The Cure triumphed, winning both Best Alternative Music Album for 'Songs Of A Lost World' and Best Alternative Music Performance for 'Alone.' Popular country artist Chris Stapleton received the Best Country Solo Performance award for 'Bad As I Used To Be,' while Jon Batiste was named Best Americana Album for 'Big Money.'

Samara Joy won Best Jazz Vocal Album for 'Portrait,' and Carín León captured the Best Música Mexicana Album award for 'Palabra De To’s (Seca).' The Americana duo I’m With Her received accolades for Best Folk Album for 'Wild And Clear And Blue' and Best American Roots Song with 'Ancient Light.'
