Understanding Life's Mechanism: The Path of Buddha in 2026 Seminar

Understanding Life's Mechanism: The Path of Buddha

As we navigate through life, many of us continuously chase happiness only to find ourselves in a cycle of dissatisfaction. Emotions such as anger, anxiety, and impatience can dominate our experiences, leaving us feeling drained. Yet, upon closer examination, the essence of living boils down to simple actions like breathing, eating, working, and learning. So why do we feel so exhausted?

Over 2600 years ago, Buddha presented profound insights into the mechanism of life. He revealed that existence, by its very structure, is one of perpetual unfulfillment. However, he also uncovered a pathway to liberate oneself from endless struggles. Understanding this singular concept may significantly alleviate the burdens you carry today. Furthermore, delving deeper into Buddha's wisdom allows one to discover the ultimate truth of impermanence—the realization that everything is in a state of flux. Attaining this understanding may lead one to experience true freedom.

The upcoming event, titled “The Mechanism of Life,” provides an opportunity to explore these themes. It will take place on May 31, 2026, at the Grand Green Osaka, where participants will engage in enlightening discussions led by Ven. Alubomulle Sumanasāra Nāyaka Thero, a prominent Buddhist monk and educator renowned for his teaching of early Buddhist principles.
