About Kuroyume


Kuroyume, comprised of Kiyoharu (vocals) and Jin (bass), made its major debut in February 1994 with the single "for dear." Their albums consistently topped charts, and they became renowned for their extensive tours during their peak. Despite announcing an indefinite hiatus in 1999. However, in January 2009, they staged a one-time comeback at Nippon Budokan, ultimately leading to the announcement of their revival in January 2010. Following the release of two new albums, their activities were paused again. On February 9, 2025, Kuroyume announced a special concert to celebrate their 30th anniversary, which sold out within hours; a second concert followed suit on February 11. Concerts are scheduled for July 2026 at Toyota Arena and September 2026 at Tokyo Garden Theater, accompanied by the release of a self-cover album.
