Session Highlights:
As the importance of financial economic education within companies grows, many HR and pension officers face challenges such as improving seminar attendance, linking employee behavior change, visualizing effectiveness, and designing ongoing programs. This session will feature not only educational service providers but also company HR representatives who have implemented such programs. They will share concrete approaches for overcoming these practical challenges from their respective perspectives.
Participants will gain insights into the design strategies aimed at increasing participation rates and the genuine knowledge required for extending educational efforts.
