Intent Behind the New Logo Design

The new corporate logo visually represents the purpose of “Connecting Knowledge, Creating the Future” through multiple blue shapes that symbolize knowledge coming together to form the abbreviation 'MKI.' Moreover, the corporate color scheme has also been refreshed to include a rich blue known as "MKI Honest Blue," which conveys sincerity and integrity. To further distinguish the Mitsui Knowledge brand, two additional primary colors, "MKI Kindness Blue" and "MKI Advanced Blue," have been introduced. These colors embody the core values that Mitsui Knowledge upholds.

A crucial design element introduced, dubbed "Knowledge Pixel," is a rectangular shape that symbolizes the brand's identity. Each polygon represents a fragment of knowledge, emphasizing that Mitsui Knowledge is built upon the aggregation of collective insights and information from diverse fields.
