Their theme this year is “new Japanese Western confectionery,” which creatively marries traditional Japanese flavors with modern Western desserts, offering a unique treat for every season.
New Product Launch: HIBIKA’s “Monaka” with Chocolate
One of the standout products is HIBIKA’s original “Monaka,” which takes the traditional Japanese sweet and elevates it with a delectable filling of chocolate ganache. This unique creation combines the rich flavors of chocolate with seasonal fillings, each carefully crafted to enhance the experience.
