Recently, the Machida City Future Creation Research Institute, led by Director Hiroo Ichikawa, presented a forward-thinking report titled "Aim for the Leading City of Tama" for 2024. - Providing career growth options for women who have paused their careers due to family responsibilities, allowing for meaningful employment.
- Encouraging companies to adopt flexible work arrangements to empower female professionals.

3. A Revitalized Community:
- Transitioning traditional housing complexes into multifunctional places that can cater to living, work, and recreational needs, tackling associated issues.
- Improving transportation, which will attract younger residents and tackle vacant housing and aging demographics in the complexes.
- Cleaning and promoting symbolic streetscapes that enhance the community's image and foster a sense of pride among citizens.

Proposed Initiatives for Progress

In response to the reorganized themes, specific initiatives have been proposed as critical projects:

1. Enhancing Vibrancy:
- Establishing a framework to connect soccer's draw with local economic growth, coordinating with businesses for home-game events, and employing digital tools to influence consumer behavior.

2. Creating a Supportive Ecosystem:
- Realizing a Machida-specific startup ecosystem that nurtures both new entrepreneurs and existing companies, facilitating collaboration among educational institutions, investors, and local government.

3. Revitalizing Communities:
