With the ongoing depreciation of the yen, prices for major cloud services and software have risen dramatically in Japan. Foreign vendors, including Microsoft, regularly assess and revise their prices, leading to increased procurement costs and expenses for external services for our products.

Maintaining Service Quality and Enhancing Functionality

To continue supporting the digital transformation of field operations, we have deemed it necessary to implement a minimal yet essential price revision. This decision will enable us to enhance new functionalities, strengthen our support system, and maintain and improve security levels.
