AquaStar Celebrates 50th Share Nova Session
On May 20, 2025, AquaStar, headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, is set to host its 50th
Share Nova session, marking a significant milestone for the company’s ongoing internal knowledge-sharing initiative. Established in 2021, Share Nova aims to foster a culture of learning and collaboration among employees, allowing them to share their professional insights, successful project methods, and even their mistakes.
This special session is particularly noteworthy as it will feature two outstanding employees, Liang Huzae and Mogi Sho, who have both been recognized with the
AquaStar Rookie Award. The award is a prestigious internal accolade recognizing the top-performing newcomers in the sales and creative departments. The theme for the session will be “Why We Achieved the Rookie Award,” where the honorees will share their personal journeys, challenges, and the strategies that contributed to their success.
Share Nova's Journey
Share Nova has been held on a monthly basis, allowing employees from different departments to engage in open discussions about their work experiences. This has cultivated an environment where knowledge sharing is not only encouraged but celebrated, contributing to both individual growth and enhanced teamwork across AquaStar.
Since relocating the headquarters from Tsukiji to the Ginza Shochiku Square in May 2024, the format of Share Nova has evolved, incorporating guest speakers from outside the company to provide diverse perspectives. However, this milestone 50th session will focus on the outstanding accomplishments of internal team members, emphasizing the importance of celebrating in-house talent.

- - Liang Huzae – Joined AquaStar in April 2024 as part of the Account Sales Department.
