Ideematec and Parliament Energy Holdings Strengthen Partnership

Ideematec, a prominent provider of solar tracking systems, has confirmed the extension of its strategic alliance with Parliament Energy Holdings (PEH). This collaboration aims to further the development of solar projects in the United States, specifically in Texas. The announcement follows the successful deployment of a massive solar project that boasts a capacity of 640 MWdc, located north of Houston.

Unsuccessful Weather Challenges

The Parliament Solar Project has proven resistant to adverse weather conditions, including Hurricane Beryl and ten hail events during its construction phase. Remarkably, the project encountered no significant damage, which underscores the robustness of Ideematec's technology. With over 3,000 acres dedicated to solar energy, this project utilizes more than 6,000 Ideematec LTEC® 1P trackers, designed to thrive in high wind and extreme weather environments.

Future Projects and Innovations

Building on the success of existing projects, Ideematec is preparing to supply additional LTEC® 1P trackers for an impressive 2.1 GW project pipeline in Texas. The first project within this pipeline features a capacity of 650 MWdc and is anticipated to begin construction south of Dallas in late 2025. This initiative marks a significant investment in renewable energy technology, aimed at maximizing efficiency and sustainability.
