Midea's Innovative Professional Service Ecosystem: A Green Heating and Cooling Future
Midea Unveils its Professional Service Ecosystem at MCE 2026
Midea has made a powerful statement at the MCE 2026 expo with its theme "Green Vision, Blue Future." The company showcased not only the latest in sustainable heating and cooling technology but also introduced an innovative service ecosystem designed to enhance customer experience and environmental sustainability across its range of products.
Revolutionizing HVAC Services
Moving beyond just product offerings, Midea has launched the Midea HVAC Professional Service System. This comprehensive framework is tailored to support the entire lifecycle of Midea's products, encompassing everything from installation to ongoing maintenance.
Present at the event were influential leaders from Midea, including Alex Zhu, Dennis Lee, Meteor Liu, and Alberto Di Luzio. Their participation underscored the significance of Midea's service initiatives, highlighting the coordination necessary to implement the company's vision effectively.
The service model is built on three main pillars:
1. Midea Club: This global installation incentive program already spans 21 countries, boasting more than 210,000 registered members. It has facilitated over 400 million successful installations worldwide. Midea Club contractors benefit from rewards, free training, AI-assisted tools, and valuable business opportunities through intelligent follow-up support.
2. Midea Solutions Hub: Collaborating with local partners, Midea has established physical stores that serve dual purposes. They display and customize products while also acting as pick-up points for installers. This streamlining aims to simplify daily operations for HVAC professionals.
3. Blue Service - Midea Academy: As a cornerstone of technical support, Midea runs around 170 assistance centers in Italy alone, including eight specialized Blue Service hubs. These hubs function as micro logistics centers for spare parts, ensuring quick and reliable service. They also offer technical training to strengthen Midea's local presence and build customer trust.
Collaborating for a Sustainable Future
During the event, Midea hosted a panel discussion in collaboration with the Italian HVAC association, Assoclima. This discussion, titled Installers Driving the Energy Transition, delved into the shift from a product-centric approach to an integrated model that combines both product and service. Participants explored pivotal topics like installation standardization and enhancing technician expertise to foster customer trust.
Showcasing Innovative Products
In addition to its service advancements, Midea proudly presented a range of flagship products at the expo. Notably, the company touted the success of its R290 split AC rollout in Malta as a model for future initiatives across Europe. The award-winning H-Pack indoor heat pump, celebrated for its installer-friendly design, was also highlighted.
Midea introduced a new addition to its PortaSplit range, the PortaSplit Cool, further bolstering its reputation in innovative home cooling solutions. Meanwhile, the Solstice energy management system showcased AI capabilities that promise over 30% energy savings. The newly launched MHELIOS energy storage solution, optimized for dynamic pricing, also drew significant attention.
Midea Building Technologies and Kitchen Solutions
In the commercial solutions area, Midea showcased its new V9 VRF system equipped with energy-efficient R32 refrigerant. The company also presented a complete line of R290 heat pumps and data center cooling systems with impressive Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) ratings of just 1.2.
Responding to Europe’s energy transition goals, Midea introduced A++ rated heat pump water heaters and low NOx gas models. These products not only fulfill rigorous environmental standards but are also designed for durability in challenging conditions like hard water.
