Enhancing Happiness: A Journey to Wellbeing at THE WELLBEING WEEK 2026
In our fast-paced world, many women often experience a lingering sense of dissatisfaction, despite achieving success in both personal and professional spheres. Infinity, a Tokyo-based startup, seeks to address this feeling of unfulfilled happiness by promoting practical wellbeing habits. This year, they are excited to make their debut at "THE WELLBEING WEEK 2026," an event hosted by the Wellbeing Society, aimed at promoting global wellbeing.
The Debut at THE WELLBEING WEEK 2026
THE WELLBEING WEEK 2026 will feature the theme, "May all beings be well and happy." Celebrating its 10th anniversary, this nationwide initiative serves as a platform to bring together those interested in enhancing their holistic wellbeing. Infinity will host workshops where attendees can engage in journaling and meditation practices, allowing them to cultivate personal routines that promote balance and emotional health.
Understanding Modern Women’s Experiences
Many women face the challenge of juggling work, family responsibilities, and personal commitments. Although they may be seen as thriving—receiving accolades such as "You're doing great!"—internally they may question their contentment. Doubts arise: "Am I truly satisfied with where I am?" or, "When was the last time I listened to my true feelings?" This invisible discontent can burden many women and hinder their overall happiness.
The Concept of Wellbeing as a Routine
While the term 'wellbeing' has gained popularity in recent years, often recognized in corporate training and media, the implementation of its concepts remains challenging. Many understand the importance of nurturing both body and mind but struggle to integrate these ideas into everyday life. As such, knowing about wellbeing differs vastly from embodying it. The true essence of wellbeing is established through consistent, daily practices rather than mere knowledge.
Infinity's Free Life LAB program aims to combat this dilemma, boasting an impressive 89% retention rate over three months. This success stems from offering participants consistent opportunities to engage in self-care through daily 15-minute online yoga sessions and guided journaling, both live and archived, ensuring accessible support for varied lifestyles.
The focus is on creating a structured framework that fosters the cultivation of wellbeing, integrating small, manageable practices into daily routines for lasting results. By promoting a shift from comprehension to action, Infinity aims to firm up the understanding of wellbeing among participants.

Looking Ahead
Infinity is dedicated to embedding the concept of wellbeing not just as a transient trend, but as an integral aspect of daily life. Through their participation in this year's event, they hope to reach a broader audience, making practicable wellbeing insights available to those seeking to enrich their lives. As they pave the way for future developments, Infinity envisions a world where authentic wellbeing practices become an everyday reality for everyone.
