Olatinwo assumes this vital position with a wealth of experience, having most recently served as a Colleague and Labor Relations Business Partner at Trinity Health of New England. Her previous roles at Global Medical Response and the Mental Health Association have equipped her with the essential skills needed for effective human resource leadership. With a solid educational foundation from Western New England University and Springfield College, Olatinwo maintains strong connections to the Western Massachusetts community, underscoring her dedication to local engagement and development.
