Kurabu Ginza is excited to announce the limited edition Osechi, a traditional Japanese New Year dish, crafted with care by our talented chef. Available for pre-order starting October 1, 2025, this two-tiered Osechi showcases the rich flavors of Shinshu and the Hokuriku region, renowned for its bountiful seasonal ingredients.

A Culinary Celebration of New Year


This New Year, indulge in a specially curated Osechi that highlights the best of Shinshu's cuisine and the winter delicacies from the Sea of Japan. Our chef meticulously prepares every dish, ensuring that the essence of each ingredient shines through. The Osechi is presented in a vibrant two-tiered box, perfect for celebrating the New Year in style.

First Tier: A Festive Feast (壱の重)


The first tier features a stunning selection of 16 dishes that embody the spirit of the New Year:
  • - Abalone Sake Steamed: Symbolizing longevity, this dish delivers a chewy texture and rich flavors.
  • - Iida's Ayu with Miso: A generous ayu stuffed with roe, braised to perfection and finished in our signature stone oven for a smoky aroma.
  • - Hokuriku Sweet Shrimp Salted: Fresh sweet shrimp from Hokuriku, lightly salted and flavored with rich shrimp paste.
  • - Daiō Iwana Wrapped in Kombu: Delicate tastes of Daiō Iwana complemented by kombu seaweed.

The second tier focuses on 21 dishes that celebrate the natural abundance of Shinshu and Hokuriku:
