KenCrest Promotes Patricia Hillis-Clark as Chief Operating Officer

In a significant move, KenCrest has announced the elevation of Patricia (Pattie) Hillis-Clark, PsyD, to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective September 1, 2025. This noteworthy appointment follows Dr. Hillis-Clark's tenure as Vice President of Programs, where her expertise and passionate leadership have greatly impacted the organization.

Dr. Hillis-Clark joined KenCrest in January 2025, bringing with her over 25 years of invaluable experience in nonprofit settings, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with behavioral health issues, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Since her arrival, she has worked tirelessly to enhance program structures, promote collaborative efforts, and advance KenCrest's mission of empowerment and inclusion for all individuals.

Dr. Hillis-Clark's impressive career began at Devereux in 2000, where she served as a Primary Therapist before progressing through various leadership roles, ultimately being appointed Executive Director in 2018. During this time, she managed services that supported approximately 1,200 youth and families annually, overseeing a psychiatric inpatient facility, residential services, numerous private schools, and community-based programs.

With a solid academic foundation, Dr. Hillis-Clark earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, a Master’s in Social Work from Temple University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Cabrini College. She is not only a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania but also a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Her dedication extends beyond her professional responsibilities as she actively participates in statewide committees, advocacy groups, and is poised for appointment to the Radnor Township Civil Service Committee.
