Nankatsu SC Players Embrace AI"
In an exciting initiative blending sports and technology, players from Nankatsu SC, a competitive soccer team, recently took part in a hands-on workshop focused on video production using generative AI. This workshop, held by SE Plus, an IT education company, aimed to equip the athletes with the skills necessary to create promotional content while enhancing their digital literacy.
Background of the Workshop
As the use of generative AI technologies, like ChatGPT, accelerates across various sectors, businesses and creatives alike are recognizing their potential in streamlining processes. Traditionally, video production required specialized skills, but with the advent of generative AI, high-quality content creation has become accessible to a broader audience. As industries target the nurturing of AI talent, this workshop was identified as a critical opportunity for Nankatsu SC players, promoting not only their second career prospects but also important business skills.
In addition, with Nankatsu SC currently undergoing renovations at their home ground, the players found themselves seeking new ways to maintain their connection with fans and the surrounding community. Engaging fans through accessible video content became a key focus, serving to strengthen their relationship and enhance visibility despite limited opportunities for in-person match engagement. Thus, SE Plus and Nankatsu SC set out to help the players create captivating videos to bridge this gap.
