Epic Seven Introduces Summer Hero 'Orb'
On July 24, 2023, Smilegate Megaport announced the addition of the brand new summer-exclusive hero, 'Orb', in the mobile RPG game, Epic Seven, developed by SUPER CREATIVE. This fresh character is set to play a pivotal role in the 2026 summer special sub-story titled "Show Me the Depths".
A Journey of Awakening
Orb serves as the assistant and photographer to the information dealer, Bilgitta, from Skuggheim. Throughout their adventures, they pursue the elusive shadow elf king, Halseity. During a mission to explore the coastline, Orb awakens a deep-seated desire within, signaling the start of a gripping new saga.
Unique Combat Mechanisms
As a hero, Orb excels at disrupting enemy attacks with his impressive photographer skills. His ultimate ability, Eternal Moment, allows him to trap enemies within a photographic frame, receiving two buffs while simultaneously inflicting immobilization and binding on foes, effectively locking their action gauge. Furthermore, while in combat, Orb can enter a Stealth state to avoid becoming a target.
Additionally, his second skill, Film Fiesta, grants allies a high probability of receiving the upgrade called Rush, boosting their attack capabilities significantly. This skill also offers him the Skill Damage Immunity, enhancing his survivability when used in conjunction with his ultimate ability. The Rush effect adds fixed damage to targeted enemies, making Orb a formidable asset on the battlefield.
