Korean Digital Content Companies Showcase Innovations at AWE USA 2026
The National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), which operates under Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT, is set to promote a selection of innovative Korean digital content companies at AWE USA 2026. From June 15 to 18, this initiative will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center in California, specifically within the K-Digital Contents Pavilion at Booth #1111.
The pavilion aims to introduce seven carefully selected Korean companies that have been making waves in digital technologies, including XR (extended reality), artificial intelligence, smart wearables, and digital content creation tools. This event represents an essential opportunity for these firms to engage with global partners, investors, and buyers, significantly enhancing their potential in international markets.
Highlighted through the pavilion:
1. Arasoft Co., Ltd. - They offer an innovative EdTech ecosystem built on ePUB 3.0 standards, featuring tools like Namo Author, AraOffice, and DABONDA Viewer. These products enable multimedia authoring and collaborative document management across different platforms.
2. Emotionwave - At the booth, they will display INFIDITY, an AI-driven content platform. This platform integrates multimedia storytelling tools, combining image and video generation with node-based production techniques, enhancing the way content creators develop their intellectual property.
3. Geeks Loft, Inc. - This company will showcase Perisphere, a pair of smart headphones that features high-quality audio, a rotating display band, and a stereoscopic camera system for immersive viewing and content interaction, catering to the needs of XR experiences.
4. LBS Tech - They provide AI-enhanced mobility solutions through their MaaS-Bridge platform, which evaluates data on pedestrian environments. This allows for the recommendation of accessible routes for users including those with disabilities and the elderly, improving commuting experiences for many.
5. LetinAR Co., Ltd. - Specializing in optical modules for smart and AR glasses, LetinAR presents PinTILT™, a lightweight lens solution designed for various wearable display devices aimed at enhancing user experience in the AR realm.
6. LIKE Corporation - They bring forward a unique training tool with TwinGuardXR, which leverages digital twin technology. This platform replicates real-world environments, such as nuclear power plants, to facilitate safety training and scenario-based analyses in industrial settings.
7. Wave Company - They will introduce TracME, an innovative wearable that measures joint movement without the use of cameras, combined with ElecSil™, a specialized conductive silicone material allowing various applications including ECG and EMG monitors.
The K-Digital Contents Pavilion is not solely about showcasing the products; it's also about fostering connections. NIPA aims to enhance Korea's digital content ecosystem by facilitating networking opportunities among global partners, buyers, and technology innovators. As part of this initiative, they also hosted the session titled “Where Korea's Digital Innovation Meets the Future of Experience” on June 17, drawing approximately 200 attendees and showcasing how these companies are at the forefront of creating immersive experiences.
In conclusion, the participating companies are not just displaying their cutting-edge technology but are also poised to engage actively with potential clients and investors. The outcomes from this event are expected to pave the way for meaningful partnerships and growth trajectories for the involved Korean firms in the advancing arena of digital content globally.
