Prior to his role at Driven Brands, Fitzpatrick held several senior leadership positions at Burger King, where he played a crucial role in the brand’s transformation. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Brand and Operations Officer, he led an extensive menu revamp, simplified restaurant operations, and reimagined the dining experience for guests. His efforts not only modernized Burger King’s global image but also streamlined its operational framework, showcasing his ability to enact meaningful change in large organizations.
