Celebrating Engagement in Organizations: TUNAG's Engagement Award 2026

On December 3, 2026, a momentous event is set to unfold at the City Hall & Gallery Gotanda, as STAMEN Co., Ltd., headquartered in Nagoya, hosts the "Engagement Award 2026". This awards ceremony aims to honor the efforts of companies utilizing the TUNAG platform to enhance their workplace engagement.

Background of the Event

As the workforce continues to dwindle and working styles diversify, the importance of trust between companies and their employees, also known as engagement, is rising steadily. The Engagement Award reflects this shift, aiming to share knowledge from companies tackling organizational challenges through TUNAG, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of the organizational strength across Japanese enterprises.

Engagement improvement is often fraught with challenges. Many personnel in charge face a sense of isolation while grappling with the discrepancies between leadership and frontline experiences. This award aims to be a platform that not only celebrates visible achievements but also acknowledges the underlying struggles and iterative processes since its inception in 2018, making 2026 the ninth iteration of the event.

Theme of the Year

The theme for this year's event is “Resolve and Resonance: Making the Organization’s Future Personal.” It emphasizes the importance of recognizing organizational futures through shared challenges and encourages all levels, from management to frontline workers, to take ownership of their organizational futures and engage in concerted actions toward progression.

STAMEN’s VP of Customer Success, Ryoji Yamada, expressed deep respect for all participants actively addressing organizational challenges through TUNAG. He anticipates that the shared journey of trial and error among attendees will resonate throughout the venue, fostering a collective commitment to organizational improvement.
