AAC Technologies Makes Waves at IAA Mobility with Automotive Acoustics Innovation
AAC Technologies Debuts at IAA Mobility 2025
AAC Technologies made its inaugural appearance at the IAA Mobility event in Munich, presenting under the banner "The Future of Sound in Motion." In collaboration with partners such as PSS, First Light Auto Parts, and PSG, AAC demonstrated its comprehensive automotive acoustics capabilities, covering aspects from haptics to optical systems and vehicle engine interaction.
The company entered the automotive acoustics market in 2018, and since then, it has pursued vertical integration through strategic acquisitions, ultimately creating a robust acoustics ecosystem. This ecosystem encompasses sound detection, processing, and output, positioning AAC as one of the few full-service providers in automotive acoustics. They offer an impressive range of solutions, including hardware, software, algorithms, and precise tuning.
During the exhibition, AAC featured five key technology segments, showcasing their complete acoustic solutions which attracted numerous visitors. Representatives from renowned automotive manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Porsche, Changan Automobile, Volkswagen, Zeekr, Maruti Suzuki, Mercedes-Benz, and Skoda, visited the AAC booth to engage in discussions. High-profile audio partners such as Bose, Devialet, Harman, and Meridian also explored AAC's latest automotive solutions and expressed significant interest in future collaborations.
AAC Technologies has established itself among the top ten automotive audio suppliers globally, being the only Chinese firm on that list. The company’s strong market presence is supported by an annual investment of 7-10% of its revenue into research and development, a global network of R&D and manufacturing centers across 19 nations, and over 18,000 patent applications. This sustained commitment to innovation has solidified AAC's technological leadership and business expansion, earning recognition as one of the 'Top 100 Global Innovators.'
At the event, AAC unveiled the luxury SUV Zeekr 9X, co-developed with the British high-end audio brand Naim Audio.
