KIOI ROSE WEEK 2026: An Enchanting Floral Experience by Nicolai Bergmann

Experience the Beauty of Roses at KIOI ROSE WEEK 2026

The highly anticipated KIOI ROSE WEEK 2026 is set to bloom from May 15 to June 14, 2026, at the Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho, elegantly themed "BEYOND THE ROSE." Renowned floral artist Nicolai Bergmann will be showcasing exquisite installations that capture the essence of spring, all set against the historic backdrop of the Akasaka Prince Classic House.

This year’s event promises a dazzling array of floral displays, workshops, and interactive demonstrations. The centerpiece of the event will be a magnificent flower installation that melds the beauty of local roses sourced from Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture with Bergmann's innovative artistry. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in an extravagant floral atmosphere as they experience the power and potential that roses embody.

A Floral Journey: The Main Attractions

Flower Installation "Flower Flow in Rose Garden"

From May 28 to June 14, guests can visit the fourth floor of the Kioi Terrace to witness the breathtaking "Flower Flow" installation. This immersive space is designed to harmoniously blend roses with seasonal Japanese flowers, evoking the natural elements of wind, light, and the passage of time. The installation invites guests to appreciate the grandeur and delicate beauty of nature, highlighting the vibrant energy that plants provide. Alongside the installation, attendees can also explore flower art panels crafted by Nicolai Bergmann.

The Exclusive "Nicolai Bergmann Fukuyama Rose"

A special highlight will be the debut of the "Nicolai Bergmann Fukuyama Rose." This rare variety, developed through collaboration in 2018 with Fukuyama City, features large, exquisite lavender blooms with a captivating fragrance. Visitors can view this unique rose at the garden in front of Akasaka Prince Classic House from May 28 to June 14.

Flower Demonstration Event

On May 30 at noon, guests will have the opportunity to watch Nicolai Bergmann in action during a flower demonstration event at the White Deer area of the Kioi Terrace. This event will allow attendees to observe the creation of stunning floral arrangements, surrounded by the scents and colors of roses and seasonal blooms.
