Experience the Logistics and IT World with Pal System in November 2025

Join Pal System’s Engaging Work Experience in November 2025

Pal System Union, based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is set to host its exciting work experience event called "Oshigoto Taiken" (Work Experience) on November 1st, 3rd, and 24th, 2025, in Inagi City, Tokyo. This initiative targets elementary school children and their parents, providing insights into the logistics and IT industries through interactive experiences.

Dive into Logistics and IT

The work experience facility will feature operational sorting machines used at Pal System's logistics center, alongside original videos, panels, and tablets for an immersive learning experience. Participants can enjoy a thorough one-hour session that not only engages them in fun activities like quizzes and picking experiences but also educates them about the intricacies of home delivery systems. The event is sponsored by the Inagi City Board of Education.

Pal System has an impressive reach, delivering over 10 million products weekly to 800,000 households. This initiative showcases how logistics and information systems efficiently manage large volumes of products for reliable delivery. Additionally, it sheds light on the rapid digitalization of modern society, helping kids and parents understand current trends. The program also emphasizes sustainability by explaining how cooperative delivery services help minimize food waste through pre-orders.

A Growing Trend: Over 1,500 Participants

Since launching the work experience initiative in 2023, Pal System has already welcomed over 1,500 participants from local schools and educational institutions. Responses from children have been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing excitement about shopping via tablets and a desire for more hands-on experiences. Parents, too, have shared favorable feedback, stating, "This was beneficial for adults as well," and "My child has become more interested in food."
