In recent developments, Money Forward, Inc. has announced a new integration between its payroll service, Money Forward Cloud Payroll, and Raku-Ro, a timestamp-free attendance management solution offered by Raku-Ro Co., Ltd. This integration allows users to directly import attendance data in CSV format from Raku-Ro into Money Forward Cloud Payroll, significantly simplifying the payroll process.

The Need for Streamlined Attendance Management

With the recent changes in labor laws promoting work style reforms and the increasing importance of labor management systems ahead of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), companies are increasingly seeking objective methods to track work hours. The integration between Money Forward and Raku-Ro meets this growing demand, especially for businesses that require precise attendance management based on PC logs. The collaboration enables the joint implementation of both services, enhancing operational efficiency.

Previously, users had to manually enter attendance data or prepare CSV files for import, leading to potential errors and administrative burdens. Integration Steps

The integration process consists of three main steps:
1. Format Setting in Raku-Ro: Users set the format for data output specifically designed for Money Forward Cloud Payroll from Raku-Ro’s data output settings and generate the CSV file. New features such as the ability to edit column names in the CSV file and dedicated output options for Money Forward have been added to facilitate this operation.
2. Importing into Money Forward Cloud Payroll: Users can choose the “Import Attendance/Payment/Deduction CSV from Other Software” option in the payroll calculation menu within Money Forward and upload the CSV file generated from Raku-Ro.
3. Reflection in Payroll Calculation Screen: The imported attendance data is automatically reflected in the payroll calculation interface of Money Forward Cloud Payroll, further simplifying the payroll process.
