Blade and Bow Launches Unique Cask Strength Bourbon for Enthusiasts
Blade and Bow 30-Year-Old Cask Strength Whiskey
Blade and Bow has proudly announced the launch of its exclusive 30-Year-Old Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, set to debut this November. This is no ordinary whiskey; it's a unique and exceptional offering that comes as the second expression in their prestigious 30-Year-Old collection.
This new release follows the 2025 premiere of the Blade and Bow 30-Year-Old Limited Release Bourbon, both of which share the same remarkable profile but provide distinct tasting experiences. What makes this Cask Strength bourbon truly special is its impressive proof of 164.2 (82.1% ABV), meaning it is served without dilution, allowing enthusiasts to explore its full depth and richness.
The Cask Strength expression celebrates the whiskey at its most authentic form, providing a rich blank canvas for exploration and personal experimentation. Alongside it, the sought-after 30-Year-Old Limited Release returns, giving collectors a rare chance to appreciate this exceptional bourbon in two varied forms.
A Journey of Craftsmanship
Initially matured at the legendary Stitzel-Weller Distillery, where it began its journey in spring 1993, this bourbon underwent mild climatic influences over the years, contributing to its renowned character. Careful management allowed the consolidation of partially filled barrels, preserving the remaining whiskey from an original 96 barrels to just 42, resulting in this superior blend.
