Vantage Foundation and Hands of Hope Laos: A Partnership for Deaf Youth Education

Recognizing these obstacles, Hands of Hope School for the Deaf was founded in 2010 by Sophaphone Heuanglith, who sought to create an educational institution that caters specifically to the needs of deaf children in Laos.
