TCJ Global Launches Free Japanese Lessons for Foreign Workers to Enhance Skills

TCJ Global Offers Free Japanese Lessons for Foreign Workers

In an effort to tackle the pressing labor shortage in Japan caused by the declining birthrate and aging population, TCJ Global, a leading Japanese language education organization based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, has announced the launch of a free monitoring program aimed at companies employing foreign workers with specified skill visas. Beginning today, the company is inviting a limited number of firms to participate in this beneficial initiative.

The Need for Effective Communication

In recent years, Japan has seen a surge in the acceptance of foreign workers under specified skill visas, especially in industries like food service, nursing care, and manufacturing. Employers are eager to maximize the potential of this workforce to address their staffing needs. However, for foreign workers to thrive and remain in Japan long-term, effective communication and a deep understanding of their work environments are crucial.

General Japanese language education often fails to cover the specialized terminology and industry-specific expressions necessary for these workers to become 'immediate assets' in their roles. This is where TCJ Global's new initiative sets itself apart by providing practical language lessons tailored specifically to the needs of foreign workers in various sectors.

Free Monitoring Program Overview

With over 37 years of experience in Japanese language education, TCJ Global has developed a unique curriculum and teaching materials focusing on the major fields of specified skills. This monitoring program aims not only to implement this new educational model within businesses but also to evaluate its effectiveness in real-world settings, ultimately establishing a more practical educational solution.
