The main venue for the festival will be the
Hachioji City Arts and Culture Hall (Ichou Hall), along with various locations in the area, such as
Nishihodatsukake Euro Road,
Nakamachi Park, and
Yokoyama Park. The festival will be held rain or shine, so don’t let the weather keep you from enjoying the experience! Admission is free, though some activities may require a fee.
