JLL's Revolutionary Project at MUFG Stadium
In a significant advancement for sports and entertainment in Japan, JLL, a leader in real estate services, has been selected to oversee the renovation of MUFG Stadium in Tokyo. Set to transform luxury suites and dining spaces, this project aims to enhance the visitor experience at one of the country's premier national stadiums. Project Scope and Support
On June 2, 2026, JLL confirmed its role in the renovation of the interior suites and dining area known as 'Stanaka' at MUFG Stadium, operated by Japan National Stadium Entertainment (JNSE). With an extensive track record, JLL joined as a dedicated project manager and advisor, marking a partnership that commenced in January 2025.
The primary objective of this renovation is to bring the vision of MUFG Stadium as a 'World-Class National Stadium' to life through the creation of high-quality hospitality spaces. JLL's involvement spans from developing a detailed business plan to overseeing the commencement of operations. Their comprehensive approach covers aspects like budget management, operational structure, and ensuring the design, quality, and construction are up to par with the highest standards.
The stadium will feature a total of 53 luxury suites located at both pitch level and the third floor, complemented by an exclusive lounge. These elegant spaces are set to be officially launched under the name 'LIMINAL SUITE' starting April 2026.

Koji Takeuchi, President of JNSE, expressed his gratitude towards JLL, acknowledging their specialized expertise and strong push throughout the project.
