The Tokyo Dome City Prism Hall is currently hosting an unprecedented event, Tokyo Horror Special Zone 2026, where participants can step into the chilling realms of popular horror games through a unique AI photo experience dubbed Yume Photo. Running from September 11 to 13, this innovative exhibit allows attendees to capture their likeness in various horror-themed frames and bring home a keepsake of their encounter.

What is Yume Photo?

Yume Photo is an AI-driven photo experience developed by no plan, a company recognized for its blend of cutting-edge technology and creativity. Attendees, armed with nothing more than their admission ticket and a sense of adventure, can choose from seven exclusive frames inspired by the horror games Zero: Akai Chō (零 〜紅い蝶〜 REMAKE) and Gakkō de Atta Kowai Hanashi (学校であった怖い話). The process is quick and straightforward:
1. Choose a Frame: Select one from five designs based on Zero: Akai Chō REMAKE and two from Gakkō de Atta Kowai Hanashi.
2. Capture the Moment: Pose in front of the photo booth’s camera.
3. AI Processing: The AI crafts an image blending your photograph with the chosen horror backdrop.
4. Print Your Memory: Collect your eerie masterpiece right on the spot!

The event has already gathered massive attention, especially on the inaugural day when popular horror game streamer Gatchman visited the booth. He shared his experience on his X (formerly known as Twitter) account, highlighting how he felt like he morphed into the game while collecting over 22,000 likes on his post—a testament to the excitement generated around this initiative.

Booth Details

Two booths featuring the Yume Photo experience are located in the Yamashiro [100 Environments and Demons Observation Room] within the main exhibition area D. Both booths contain identical content, allowing visitors to choose their favorite frame.

The Yume Photo experience prides itself on offering a selection of stunning visuals, including:

Important Information

The Yume Photo experience is only available to those with a valid admission ticket for the Tokyo Horror Special Zone 2026. Participation is free, but due to potential crowding, visitors might need to wait for their turn. The experience is strictly for guests aged 18 and older, and for security reasons, all photographs taken will be used solely for AI image generation and will be deleted immediately after processing.
