In past years, the festivities surrounding Hat Day primarily consisted of the
Hat Leaders Conference, where CEOs from these hat-themed companies gathered to discuss the significance of their branding. This year, however, the theme has shifted! Instead of a mere conference, the companies are embracing a more dynamic and lively approach through a
sports competition. The Hat Olympics aims to embody the spirit of
Hatmanship, allowing employees to engage in various contests such as tug-of-war, ball toss, and cavalry battles, each activity designed to display their brand values while competing for the prestigious title of the strongest hat.
