Overview of the Event
The
Restaurant Tech Success Shower Pitch 2025 is set to take place on
September 25, 2025, at
Tokyo Big Sight in the
FOOD STYLE JAPAN venue. This inaugural pitch contest, organized by the
Restaurant Tech Association, aims to spotlight the innovations in customer success (CS) within the restaurant industry.
A Unique Competition
This event will feature the top four restaurant tech companies, selected through nationwide online voting conducted among
73 participating companies. The final four will present their customer satisfaction strategies, showcasing how they have implemented effective operational practices from contract initiation to stable operations. The contest will ultimately culminate in determining the best company, judged by a panel of experts alongside audience votes.

1. Infomart Co., Ltd.
Toshi Matsuo, Head of Buyer Relations & Sales
Born in 1971 and a graduate of university, Matsuo joined a major liquor and food trading company before transitioning to Infomart in 2008. He has dedicated years to promoting the digitization of operations in the wholesale industry, playing a pivotal role in the development of digital order services for buyers.
2. Dainy Inc.
Mao Yamada, CEO
After gaining experience through internships at Mercari and DeNA, Yamada recognized the potential for startups and the necessity for infrastructural reforms in the food industry. He founded Dainy while still in university in 2018, driven by his experiences in both startups and the restaurant sector.

Shohei Abe, CEO
Abe has a strong background in finance and management within the dining industry, having contributed to operational management for approximately 150 restaurant locations. His commitment to digital innovation and management platform development demonstrates his dedication to resolving challenges facing the industry.

Sho Hanada, Customer Success Division
Hanada began his career at Marusan Securities before moving to Gurunavi and later to Rakuumi, where he focused on sales strategies tailored to the dining industry. He currently leads customer success initiatives at AccordX.
