Exploring Visual Computing Technologies: A Free Public Lecture in Kanagawa

Tokiichiro Takahashi began his career in April 1977 with the Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (now NTT Corporation). He has since made significant contributions within various research institutes, including the NTT Basic Research Institute and the Human Interface Research Institute, where he served as the Head of Research Laboratory at NTT Cyber Solutions Laboratories from April 1997. He joined Tokyo Denki University as a full professor in the Department of Information Media in April 2003 and later became a professor in the Graduate School of Information Media. In April 2025, he was recognized as an Honorary Professor at Tokyo Denki University, currently serving as a technical advisor for Astrodesign Inc. His extensive experience and knowledge will undoubtedly provide an enriching view of the evolution and trends in Visual Computing technologies.
