Laugh Factory and K-EARTH 101 Celebrate 20 Years of Saluting Troops with Live Comedy Event

On Thursday, June 26, the iconic Laugh Factory in Hollywood will play host to the 20th Annual "Salute to the Troops" event, which airs live from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. on K-EARTH 101. This annual comedy fundraiser has gained immense respect over the years, raising over $10 million for the USO, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting U.S. military members and their families.

The event will be presented by beloved radio personalities Gary Bryan and Lisa Stanley, who will guide the morning's celebration by honoring the brave men and women who serve the country. Attendees can look forward to performances by renowned comedians such as Jay Leno, Tiffany Haddish, Craig Robinson, and George Wallace, among others. All participating comedians generously donate their time and talent to bolster support for the troops.

Doors will open at 5:30 a.m., welcoming an excited crowd ready to start the day with plenty of laughter. Those unable to attend in person can still join in on the fun as Laugh Factory will seamlessly stream the event on its YouTube channel and via LaughFactory.com.

Donations for this noble cause can be directly made through the USO's website at USO.org/donate. Since its inception in 1941, the USO has been at the forefront of providing essential services to military families, ensuring that service members receive support during deployments, injuries, and other challenges.

Reflecting on the significance of this longstanding tradition, Gary Bryan emphasized, "For 20 years, the Laugh Factory has been the biggest supporter of our efforts on behalf of the USO and our incredible military community." He added that in times of global conflict, it is vital to raise both funds for troops and prayers for their safety.

Jamie Masada, the owner of Laugh Factory, echoed these sentiments, remarking, "This is a challenging time now with conflicts around the world, and we can pray for the safety of our soldiers while also raising money to support the troops and their families."

Founded in 1979, the Laugh Factory has continually upheld its reputation as the #1 comedy brand in the world, according to USA Today. Their Comedy Camp initiative, which has operated for over 45 years, aims to uplift at-risk youth, furthering Laugh Factory's commitment to social justice and community support. The laughter that fills the venue each year serves not only to entertain but to inspire and raise awareness for essential causes.

As fans gear up for this spectacular morning of laughter, the Laugh Factory remains dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those who have selflessly served the nation. With excited anticipation building for June 26, audiences are encouraged to show their support for the U.S. military while enjoying a star-studded line-up designed to evoke joy and gratitude at this celebratory event.
