Special Exchange Event for Award-Winning Students of 'ReWrite2025' Supported by Phil Company

Celebrating Innovation: Phil Company Honors Award-Winning Students

In a remarkable demonstration of community engagement, Phil Company Group, a leader in urban space utilization, hosted a special exchange event for two student teams awarded the prestigious 'Phil Company Award' at the student challenge contest 'ReWrite2025.' This contest, orchestrated by AYWD Inc., aimed to inspire innovation among young thinkers concerning urban development solutions.

Background of the Sponsorship: From Physical Spaces to Time Utilization

Phil Company has always found value in utilizing challenging land, such as rooftop parking or narrow plots. Our purpose, 'Filling the Gaps of the City with Creativity,' is more vital than ever as the issues surrounding unused spaces evolve. Notably, at the Saitama Stadium 2002, Japan's largest soccer stadium, optimizing the 'unused time' between events presents a significant opportunity for creative solutions from the younger generation.

Thus, partnering with 'ReWrite2025,' where students are invited to reimagine the use of these valuable public assets during downtime, aligns perfectly with our mission.

Details of 'ReWrite2025': Cultivating Young Regional Creators

The 'ReWrite2025' contest held in December 2025 engaged approximately 14 student organizations that crafted collaborative urban models based on actual financial data from the stadium. Over two days, a total of 12 presentations took place, and a panel led by Phil Company's Chairman, Mr. Takahashi, provided feedback centered on feasibility and sustainability of revenue.

Special Exchange Event: Ideas for Future Urban Development

As a follow-up to the contest, we invited the winning teams – 'SIVIO Tokai' and 'NGO ALPHA' – for a special exchange event at Phil Company's office. This initiative aimed to bridge the passion and innovative spirit of the award-winning students with our employees, fostering discussions about real-world applications of their ideas.

The event served as a dynamic platform where company professionals shared their expertise, while the students experienced the challenges and joys of transforming a concept into a viable business.
