AltiusLink Inc., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, has attained the highest tier of recognition in the Zendesk partner program, dubbed "Premier". This marks a historic moment as AltiusLink is the first Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendor in Japan to achieve this prestigious certification.
The Premier designation is awarded to partners who meet multiple evaluation criteria set by Zendesk, including annual sales performance, acquisition of Zendesk certification qualifications, and the establishment of support systems for implementation and operations. AltiusLink successfully satisfied these stringent requirements, thereby earning its place among Zendesk’s elite partners.
As part of this collaboration, AltiusLink and Zendesk plan to enter a BPO partnership agreement in 2024 — a first for the domestic market. This new partnership will integrate Zendesk's cloud-based customer service solutions into AltiusLink’s BPO operations, ultimately enhancing the service offered to customers. Specifically, the integration will focus on eliminating communication gaps and streamlining responses by utilizing inquiry history and various data to provide consistent service in BPO operations. This approach will help foster a seamless communication experience and create personalized customer experiences (CX).
The ultimate goal of these initiatives is to deliver optimal customer service that nurtures consumer loyalty towards businesses. AltiusLink aims to provide comprehensive BPO services that span from the front office to back office operations, incorporating Zendesk’s expertise in operational design, support, and business enhancement.
