In a grand reveal sponsored by Perrier, Asia's 50 Best Bars has introduced its sixth edition of the 51-100 list for 2026. This extensive listing celebrates the rich tapestry of cocktail culture across Asia, showcasing an impressive variety of venues that have surged to prominence.

Announced ahead of the live awards ceremony scheduled in Macao, the 51-100 list this year includes 11 new entrants, firmly placing the spotlight on emerging talents and evolving consumer trends within the region. The rankings cover 25 cities across Asia, reflecting not only the established nightlife capitals but also the rising stars from lesser-known destinations.

Noteworthy Highlights from the 51-100 List

Among the most exciting developments in this year's rankings, Singapore shines brightly with seven bars making the list. Two of these are new entries: BOP at No. 52 and Bar Bon Funk at No. 90. Impressively, BOP emerges as the highest-ranked new entry within the 51-100 category this year.

Kuala Lumpur secures its place with four representatives, including Cabinet 8, which marks its debut at No. 65. Meanwhile, bars from both Tokyo and Seoul have each claimed four spots. The Bar at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo is among these, arriving at No. 75, alongside Charles H from Seoul, which has advanced to No. 87 in this year's rankings.

The Enigma Mansion in Ho Chi Minh City shows remarkable progress by climbing 38 places from its previous rank to No. 55, signifying an incredible leap in recognition. Additionally, mainland China fortifies its representation with emerging destinations such as Hangzhou, now featuring Chimney at No. 91, and Beijing, which sees Bar Long Fong make its debut at No. 96. Emerging locations such as Galle and Makati also find their place within the extended 51-100 list.

According to Faye Huggett, the director of community for the Asia’s 50 Best Bars rankings, it's inspiring to witness an ongoing emergence of establishments that honor their local cultures and ingredients. She stated, "From mainland China to Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent, innovative professionals demonstrate that creativity knows no bounds when it comes to cocktails."

This ranking is the result of votes cast by the Asia’s 50 Best Bars Academy, a significant and balanced group of more than 300 bartenders, bar owners, drinks journalists, and cocktail experts from across the region. They vote for the venues that they believe provide the best bar experiences in Asia.

The culmination of this celebration of cocktail excellence will occur at a live awards ceremony on July 28, 2026, in Macao, co-hosted by local partners Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace. The event will be streamed live on the 50 Best YouTube channel, starting at 8 PM Macao time, bringing together enthusiasts from around the globe in a toast to the vibrant cocktail landscape of Asia.
