Heightened Excitement for the 2026-27 Daido Life SV League

As the volleyball season kicks off, the Daido Life SV League is set to elevate the excitement with its 2026-27 season, launching on October 10 for women's teams and October 17 for men's teams. This year, fans have the thrilling opportunity to watch all matches live through J SPORTS On Demand, ensuring they won’t miss a single spike, dig, or block.

The Daido Life SV League, which was established in 2024, is recognized as Japan's premier volleyball league for both men and women. The upcoming season is particularly noteworthy, as it introduces a noteworthy growth in the league's scale and structure. For the women's conference, there will be 14 clubs competing across two separate conferences, while the men's division will expand from 10 to 12 clubs, marking the largest season since the league's inception.

In addition to the established league, a new developmental league called the SV League Growth has been created to promote the growth of clubs aiming for future participation in the main league. This league is set to showcase the promising talent of many aspiring athletes, ensuring that fans can cheer for their favorite players across more teams.
