Within the center, a 3D dashboard provides real-time monitoring of equipment, while validation zones facilitate hands-on testing for new technologies. Delta’s innovations include showcasing its Line Manager platform and DIATwin digital twin technology, both aimed at enhancing cyber-physical integration across individual machines, production lines, and entire factories. The capabilities offered are modular and replicable, supporting rapid expansion of manufacturing operations globally.

The Delta NVIDIA Cyber-Physical Integration Classroom is particularly noteworthy. It is designed to emulate real manufacturing scenarios, offering structured and tiered courses aimed at addressing challenges from design to mass production. The curriculum covers critical aspects such as digital simulation, AI model application for production optimization, and management strategies. Plans are in place to further expand the training offered, integrating courses related to NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim—both significant in the realm of digital twins and robotic simulations.
